Green named PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) has named junior defender Kehmar Green the PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week.
Green contributed to the Marauders' victory last Thursday when they defeated the Tigers of Holy Family. He played a role in the opening goal in the final seconds of the first half when he connected with Juan Ortiz Escobar, who put the first shot in the net. Green also helped lead the backline in preserving the shutout, limiting Holy Family to three shots, none of which were on goal. Green ranks second on the team in minutes played, with 165 through the opening two games.
The Marauders begin a four-game road stretch Wednesday when they travel to PennWest California (Pa.) to take on the Vulcans at 2 p.m.
