GAME OVERVIEW
• The Marauders enter conference play on a five game unbeaten streak and a four game winning streak. Millersville was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches as the 15th best team in Division II Tuesday.
• In their most recent match, Millersville defeated No. 22 West Virginia Wesleyan College Bobcats 3-2 on the road.
• Senior Marcus Frangakis and junior Chase Flickinger scored goals in the first half while the Bobcats netted two equalizing goals. Sophomore Jacob Gosselin scored the go ahead goal halfway through the second half to give Millersville its four straight victory.
ABOUT THE SERIES
• The Marauders lead the Griffins 5-2 in the head-to-head series that began in 2011. Millersville also leads the Griffins 3-2 in conference match ups since Seton Hill joined the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference in 2013.
THE LAST MEETING: Seton Hill 2, Millersville 1 (Oct. 22, 2016)
• Seton Hill scored the first two goals of the game and maintained their two goal lead until the 72nd minute. Jeramey Robbins halved Seton Hill's lead after netting Gosselin's assist. The Griffins defused Millersville's attempts to equalize and ended the game with their second win over Millersville in their last three match ups.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
• Seton Hill have lost its only PSAC match up against Mercyhurst University. So far this season, the Griffins and the Marauders have played one mutual opponent, Wheeling Jesuit University. The Marauders defeated WJU 1-0 while the Griffins drew 0-0.
• Seton Hill's most recent game against Urbana University (Oh.) ended with the Griffins scoring three goals while recording a clean sheet.
• Seton Hill has outscored their opponents 13-6 in six games while averaging 2.17 goals scored per game.
