2012 (Game-by-Game): Arguably the Marauders' best all-around player during the 2012 season, Hughes posted a team-best 2.95 ERA, despite carrying a 7-13 record in 26 appearances and 21 starts...Second on the team with 131.1 innings pitched and 13 complete games, but was tied for the team lead with three shutouts...Posted a team-best .234 batting average against during the season, best on the team and struck out 65 batters to place second on the team in that category...As strong as Hughes was in the circle, she was just as strong at the plate, batting .263, good for second best on the team...Even with a limited amount of at-bats (57), she hit a team-leading four home runs and two doubles to drive in five runs...The six extra-base hits gave her a team-best .509 slugging percentage...Also drew three walks and was hit by a team-high eight pitches, giving her a team-best .382 on-base percentage...Hughes fielded her position well also, committing just three errors in 42 chances...Named PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2011 (Game-by-Game): Led the team in wins for the second-consecutive year with her 9-8 overall record…In 111.2 innings of work--most on the team--struck out 69 while walking just 11…Led the team with 10 complete games, three shutouts, ERA (2.57) and lowest batting average against (.277) in 21 appearances--16 starts...On March 19, struck out nine batters in a loss to Fairmont State...Collected five hits in 12 at bats...Doubled to center field to continue a rally against No. 16 Bloomsburg in second career at bat...Finished the season with a .417 batting average on 12 at bats...Named PSAC East Pitcher of the Week on March 15...Named PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2010 (Game-by-Game): Appeared in 24 games as a freshman, making 19 starts...Tied for the team lead in wins with eight...Led the team with 10 complete games...Her 2.64 ERA ranked second on the ballclub...Struck out 51 in 119.1 innings of work...Threw a complete-game shutout in her first collegiate action, a 1-0 win over American International on Mar. 6...Earned the win in two straight starts on April 11 and 14...Struck out a season-high seven in a complete-game five-hitter, as the Marauders beat Holy Family, 5-1, in game two of a doubleheader on April 11...Allowed no hits and struck out five over four innings in throwing a combined no-hitter with Lisa Rich against Lincoln (Pa.) on April 14...Allowed two earned runs or fewer in 11 of her 19 starts...Opposing hitters batted just .275 against the lefty...Selected as PSAC East Pitcher of the Week for the first time in her career on Apr. 19.

Personal: Daughter of Bryan and Jennifer Hughes...Has a younger brother, Justin...Cousins Courtney and Casey Hughes both played field hockey at Lock Haven, with Courtney also playing softball and Casey also running track...Cousin, Jake Hughes, played baseball at York College (Pa.)...Majoring in early childhood education.
