Pickett receives additional accolades with pair of First Team All-Region selections

MILLERSVILLE, Pa. - The National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) and D2CCA released their All-Region selections, with sophomore Lexi Pickett earning First Team honors in the Atlantic Region.

Pickett was previously named to the All-PSAC East First Team on May 5th and now adds NFCA and D2CCA All-Region recognition to an impressive sophomore campaign. She led the PSAC in three offensive categories: home runs, slugging percentage and OPS. Pickett also ranked among the conference's top six in four additional categories, finishing fourth in on-base percentage and RBIs, fifth in batting average and sixth in doubles. Nationally, she finished tied for sixth in home runs with 18.

Pickett started 47 games and appeared in all 52 contests during the season. She finished with a .420 batting average, a 1.428 OPS and a .913 slugging percentage while totaling 58 hits, 18 home runs, 14 doubles and 48 RBIs. She also led the Marauders with 38 runs scored.
