GAME OVERVIEW
• After losing three games in a row, the Marauders bounced back with a convincing 62-40 win over Kutztown Saturday. Aunjel Van Brakle recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds while Celeste Robinson, Alayah Hall and Courtney Hinnant all registered double-digit scores in the win.
• Good things happen for the Marauders when Alayah Hall reaches double figures. Hall scored 11 points to go with four rebounds and three steals against Kutztown to lift Millersville's record to 6-2 in games that the junior scores 10 or more points.
• Millersville shot over 40 percent against the Golden Bears and are 6-4 on the season when shooting a higher percentage than their opponent.
• Getting out to early leads has been crucial for the Marauders as they are 6-2 when leading at halftime. On the flip side, Millersville has gone just 1-9 in games when trailing the opponent at the break.
• Millersville outscored Kutztown 26-24 in the paint and are 6-2 when leading teams in that category. Despite both teams committing 17 turnovers, Millersville capitalized to the tune of 24 points off turnovers while the Golden Bears managed just 11.
SCOUTING THE WOLVES
• Cheyney has struggled so far in the 2016-17 season, but have gone 2-2 in their last four games with victories over Lock Haven and Seton Hill. The Wolves most recently fell at Shippensburg 69-53.
• TaKayla Ellis leads Cheyney in scoring 11.5 points per game, 2.8 assists per game and totaling 23 steals on the season. Marlon Herring is second on the team in scoring, averaging 10 points per game and has registered 22 steals so far.
• Cheyney does a solid job on the glass, ranking third in the PSAC in rebounding offense with 40.5 per game. The Wolves also rank fourth in the conference with 121 steals and sixth with 51 blocked shots as a team.
• Cheyney is allowing almost 70 points per game while scoring just 54.8 and shooting just over 32 percent from the field. Millersville is 3-1 when teams score between 50-59 points.
• In the loss gainst Shippensburg Ellis and Shania Stamper each scored 11 points. The pair combined for 26 points in Cheyney's most recent victory over Seton Hill.

• The Marauders were victorious in both matchups last season and dominated the second meeting in Pucillo Gymnasium by the score of 72-53.
• Ten different players scored for Millersville with Alayah Hall leading the way with 13 points, five rebounds and three steals in the victory. Kendra Bamberger had a big game with 12 points and six rebounds while Celeste Robinson added 11.
• Kyra Hines-Allen led Cheyney with 18 points and eight rebounds while Amber Genwright had 12 points and Aerie Dejesus added 10 points.
• Millersville shot nearly 46 percent from the field and outrebounded Cheyney 45-32 as the Marauders cruised to victory.
