2009: Stepped right in to provide valuable contributions behind the plate for the Marauders...Played in 48 games, starting 44...Had the fourth most hits (42) and batting average (.313) on the team...Picked off nine runners, which led the PSAC (no other player had more than three)...Struck out just seven times in 134 at-bats, the best ratio on the team...Picked up her first collegiate hit against Lake Superior State on Feb. 28...Enjoyed a monster weekend at the West Va. Wesleyan Tournament by going 10-for-17 (.588) with five runs scored, nine RBIs, two doubles, and a home run in five games...Was the only Marauder to record a four-hit game...Put together a personal-best 8-game hitting streak from March 15-22...Became the second freshman in two years to knock in 25+ runs in her first season (Casey Coker, 31, 2008).
