Biography

2015-16: Was the only player on the team to break the 200 rebound threshold, amassing 203 on the year…Her RPG was 7.8, leading the team and putting her in 11th place in the PSAC…Had nine games with double digit rebounds, including 16 against Lincoln and 15 versus West Virginia Wesleyan (also had 19 points in the Wesleyan game)…Ranked top 150 in the country in RPG…Tied for third among Marauders in scoring at 9.1 PPG…Had a 50 percent field goal percentage, second highest among qualified Marauders… Recorded 26 blocks on the season, second on the team and 13th in the PSAC…Scored 20 against WCU…Recorded four assists in a game against Kutztown.

2014-15 (Game-By-Game): Was once again the team's leading rebounder for her junior season while appearing in all 27 games (one of only five Marauders) and starting 25 of them...Led the team in total rebounds with 240 (career high) and defensive rebounds with 161 (career high) to go with 79 offensive boards, which was good for second on the team behind Alexis Martin's 85...Stuffed 21 shots (tied career high), which was second on the team...Moved into 14th place on the program's career rebounds chart (576) and 15th for career blocks (62)...Her 8.9 rebounding average was first on the team and is her best in a single season and she was also able to average 8.0 points per contest (third on the team)...88 made field goals were first on the squad...Registered a personal-best 20 rebounds on Dec. 6 in Millersville's 71-58 win at Kutztown...That mark tied the most rebounds in a game for a Marauder since Kristy Garner tallied 20 on Feb. 15, 2003 against West Chester and Garner also had 21 in the same season against Cheyney...Also registered 14 points that game to earn one of four double doubles (first on the team) on the season and pushed her career total to 13 in that category...Made 47.1 percent (88-of-187) of her field goal attempts, which was a personal best/tops on the team, and moved into seventh place on Millersville's career chart for field goal percentage (.458)...Also tallied 23 assists (fifth on the team), 12 steals, a career-best 675 total minutes played (third on the team), and 25.0 minutes per game...Scored in double figures eight times including a season-high 16 against both West Chester on Nov. 19 (7-for-11 FG) and Mansfield on Feb. 4 (8-of-11 FG)...Registered at least 10 rebounds on eight different occasions...Was the team's leading scorer for two games and the squad's top rebounder for 12 of them.

2013-14 (Game-By-Game): The team's best rebounder for her sophomore season while appearing in 26 games and making 24 starts...Led the team in total rebounds (216), rebounds per game (8.3), defensive rebounds (134), and offensive rebounds (82)...Tallied the team's most double-doubles with nine including three in four games from Feb. 15 to Feb. 26 and five in her last nine games of the season...Had a huge game and the best of her career on Nov. 15 against West Liberty when she had 29 points, 18 rebounds, two blocks, two steals, and was 15-of-22 (52.2 percent) from the field...At that time, Cooper and Aurielle Mosley were the only Marauders to have scored at least 29 points in a game since Mashira Newman put up 30 points against Shippensburg on Feb. 23, 2011....Also at that time, Cooper joined Mosley as the only players to secure 18 boards in a game since Mosley had 19 on Jan. 3, 2011 and Cooper was also the first Marauder to make 12 field goals in a game since Mosley did so on Feb. 12, 2011...Shot 45.1 percent from the floor (107-of-237) which was second on the squad and 32.6 percent (30-for-92) from the free throw line...Currently ranks eighth in program history in career field goal percentage (45.1 percent)...First on the team in blocked shots (20), Third in total points (244), points per game (9.4), field goal attempts (237), field goals made (107), free throws attempted (92), fourth in assists (27), minutes played (653), minutes played per game (25.1), and tied for fifth in steals (20)...Played at least 30 minutes six times and scored in double figures 13 times...Led the team in points four times and rebounds 14 times.

2012-13 (Game-By-Game): Had a big first year in Black & Gold, giving the team solid minutes off the bench in a total of 25 games, starting her final two appearances of the year...Scored 4.1 points per game and ripped down 4.8 rebounds per game while playing a total of 473 minutes...Made field goals at a 45.0 percent clip...Ripped down a season- and career-best 11 rebounds in just her second game at the collegiate level on Nov. 26 at Philadelphia, and had two double-digit rebounding performances on the year...Scored a season- and career-high 11 points during her final game of the season in a start in the PSAC Semifinals against Gannon while going a perfect 5-for-5 from the field...Also added 21 blocks and 19 steals, with a career-high three blocks twice and a career-high five steals on Dec. 19 against Mercyhurst.

High School: Played basketball at Newark Tech...An all-around standout player as a senior, she averaged 14.2 points per game, 13.2 rebounds per game, 3.3 steals per game and 2.6 blocks per game...Notched 17 double-doubles in 25 games during senior season and one triple-double...Led her team to the NJSIAA Quarterfinal Round as a senior...As a junior, led her team to the NJSIAA Semifinal Round while averaging 12.9 points per game and 11.3 rebounds per game.

Personal: Daughter of Freeman Cooper and Lolita Walker...Majoring in social work.
