Following a career as a student-athlete at Susquehanna University, Emmy Regan joined the Millersville women's lacrosse coaching staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2024 season.
Regan served as a team captain and the starting goalkeeper for Susquehanna for three seasons, playing in 44 career games. Twice she was named conference athlete of the week. Regan was a Dean's List student and served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. She was also secretary of Susquehanna's student government organization. Regan graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science in 2023.
Regan's coaching experience includes working with players ages 10-18 in New Jersey Lacrosse Training.
