A 2016 graduate of the University of Tampa, Caili Guilday joined the Millersville women's lacrosse program as assistant coach prior to the 2018 season.
In year one with the Marauders, Guilday helped the program set single-season records for goals and assists with five Marauders earning All-PSAC recognition.
A native of Wallingford, Pa., Guilday most recently served as an assistant coach and goalie specialist for Abington High School, helping the program to an undefeated conference championship and a deep run in the district playoffs. Guilday also served as a goalie coach for the NXT Lacrosse Club.
Prior to breaking into the high school coaching ranks, Guilday assisted her alma mater's coaching staff from the conclusion of the 2016 season through January of 2017.
As a student-athlete, Guilday was the starting goalkeeper and two-time team captain for an upstart Division I Stetson University program. She then transferred to Tampa where she played the 2015-16 season, earning All-Sunshine State Conference while setting Tampa's single-season record for saves and ground balls. At Stetson, Guilday was named All-Atlantic Sun in 2014 while leading Division I in saves, saves per game and ground balls per game. She was named the league's defensive player ofthe week three times in her career. Guilday was also named received the league's all-academic honors. In 2015-16, as a member of Tampa, she served as chair of the Team IMPACT Leadership Team.
