
Krebs, Keeney, Moraca named IWLCA All-Atlantic Region

NORTHBOROUGH, MASS. - Millersville University's Katlyn Krebs, Rachel Keeney and Mary Moraca have been named All-Atlantic Region by the Intercollege Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA).
It is the first time since 2022 that a Marauder has earned IWLCA All-Atlantic Region honors. Krebs was named to the first team and Keeney and Moraca landed second team honors. All three are first-time honorees. The trio helped lead Millersville to an 11-7 record--a six-win turnaround--and a PSAC Tournament appearance.
Krebs was instrumental to Millersville's defensive efforts. She started all 18 games and ranked second on the team in draw controls (57), caused turnovers (27) and ground balls (38). She also contributed two assists.
Keeney, a senior midfielder, significantly impacted both ends of the field, leading Millersville in assists (36) and points scored (71) while also leading the Marauders with 44 ground balls and 30 caused turnovers. Keeney ranked 10th in the PSAC in points per game, third in assists, 10th in ground balls and 10th in caused turnovers per game.
Moraca, a junior, was Millersville's draw specialist, winning a team-leading 111 and ranking fourth in the PSAC in draw controls per game. Moraca totaled 30 goals and 13 assists, ranking fourth on the team with 43 points.
