
Millersville's Faison named to DC Touchdown Club weekly honor roll

WASHINGTON, D.C. - For his outstanding defensive performance against Gannon, Millersville University linebacker Hez Faison has been named to the DC Touchdown Club Washington Metro College Player of the Week Honor Roll.
Faison, who played high school football at DeMatha Catholic, keyed Millersville's defense in a 28-21 road win over Gannon.Faison led the Marauders with 10 tackles--nine of which were solo stops. He also recorded 4 ½ tackles for loss, totaling 18 yards. Faison also recorded a sack.
The DC Touchdown Club sponsors the annual Military Bowl and recognizes the top players weekly and annually who played their high school football in the Washington Metro area.
Faison was one of two non-Division I players recognized. He was joined on the honor roll by Wake Forest's Caelen Carson, Navy's Clay Cromwell, Maryland's Roman Hemby, Michigan State's Noah Kim, James Madison's Jamree Kromah, Slippery Rock's Josh Stokes and USC's Caleb Williams.
