
Women’s tennis suffers 7-2 defeat at Chestnut Hill

Philadelphia, Pa. – The Chestnut Hill women's tennis team won 7-2 over Millersville Monday afternoon.
The No. 1 doubles team of junior Katina Jones and freshman Megan Rovenolt captured a point in doubles action. Jones and Rovenolt beat Nicole Guzowska and Barbara Broville, 8-3. It was the first doubles victory for the team of Jones and Rovenolt.
Freshman Lauren Weaver earned her third victory of the season by taking down Nicole Yang 9-7 at No. 6 singles.
Millersville travels to Washington, D.C., to play University of the District of Columbia on Wednesday, March 28. The match starts at 2 p.m.
