Millersville, Pa. - Kutztown kept the Millersville women's tennis team in search of its first PSAC East victory by handing the Marauders an 8-1 loss at the McComsey Tennis Courts Wednesday.
Millersville (4-9, 0-3 PSAC East) has now dropped five in a row since returning from its spring break trip. Kutztown improved to 8-6 overall and 4-2 in the division with Wednesday's win.
Melissa Plowman and Shauna Powers paired at No. 2 doubles for Millersville's lone point. The duo dispatched Tess Wright and Megan Groh by an 8-2 score.
The Marauders travel to Bloomsburg Saturday for a PSAC Eastern Division match. It is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m.
