Following a successful playing career at Millersville University, Raeann Buskey joined the program's coaching staff prior to the 2020 season.
Buskey, a 2018 graduate of Millersville, played for the Marauders from 2015-18 and was a three-year starter, playing in 137 games. Buskey posted a .262 career batting average and played a significant role in the Marauders reaching the PSAC Tournament for the first time. Buskey's Marauders posted winning records in two of her three seasons.
While at Millersville, Buskey was a three-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete, served as a team captain, and was also a member of the University Honors College and Student Government Association. She served as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) President from 2016-18.
Buskey gained coaching experience through the Carmen Fusco Pro Baseball/Softball Academy from 2014-16 and working as a performance coach at PowerTrain Sports and Fitness.
