Tim Tobin

A veteran football coach and highly-regarded strength and conditioning coach, Tim Tobin joined the Millersville football staff prior to the 2018 season. 

A coach for nearly 20 years in colleges and also overseas, Tobin most recently trained high-level professional athletes as a sport performance and nutrition coach while living in Poland. 

Prior to moving to Europe, Tobin built an extensive resume as a defensive assistant at Arizona State (1987-88), UC Santa Barbara (1988-89), Manchester All-Stars in England (1989-90) and Shippensburg (1999-2000) before working six seasons as the defensive line coach, special teams coach and strength and conditioning coach at Kutztown. He helped the Golden Bears to a PSAC Championship and two NCAA Playoff berths. In 2011, he was named Samon's and American Football Monthly NCAA Division II Strength Coach of the Year.

Tobin coached the defensive line, linebackers, special teams and was the head strength and conditioning coach at Tusculum from 2012-2015.

In addition to his coaching, Tobin has served as a high school teacher and athletic director and was a commercial aviation pilot.
