2018 (Game-by-Game): Named All-America Second Team by NFHCA…The first four-time All-America selection in program history…Named All-PSAC Third Team…One of only two Marauders to be named All-PSAC all four seasons, the other being Rachel Dickinson…Earned Longstreth/NFHCA Division II Offensive Player of the Week and PSAC Athlete of the Week honors after recording a hat trick in just 10 minutes of action in 7-2 win against Queens on Sept. 1…Started in all 20 games…Scored eight goals and tallied two assists for a total of 18 points on the season…Ranked second on the team in goals and third in points…Three of eight goals were game winners…Saved her best for the end of the season, totaling four goals and 10 points in final six games of the season…Scored both goals in 2-0 win over Kutztown in PSAC Quarterfinals on Nov. 13…Recorded the lone goal in 1-0 win at Bloomsburg that clinched a playoff berth on Oct. 31…Fired off 51 shots on the season, 30 on goal…Saw nearly 800 minutes of action and played at least 50 minutes in four games...Named PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2017 (Game-by-Game): Named All-America Second Team by NFHCA and Synapse Sports…The first Marauder to be an All-America selection in each of her first three seasons…Named All-PSAC Second Team…Named to the Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad... Scored eight goals on the season (the third most among Marauders) and also had two assists…Totaled 18 points, which was also third on the team…Two of her goals were game-winners… The first game-winner came against No. 2 East Stroudsburg and the other came in the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinal vs. Saint Anselm…Had a shots on goal percentage of 68 percent… Took 51 shots, landing 36 on goal…Recorded two multi-goal games, both of which were won by Millersville…Started 20 of the 21 games that Millersville played in…Put up four shots on goal out of five shots in the win over Lindenwood…Played all 88 minutes in the double-overtime win over No. 2 East Stroudsburg scoring the winning goal after all that time…Totaled over 800 minutes on the season…Had two assists in one game in a win over Seton Hill…Played over 50 minutes in a game on four different occasions...Named PSAC Scholar-Athlete.

2016 (Game-by-Game): Named NFHC  and Synapse Sports All-America First Team...Named All-PSAC First Team, becoming the first Marauder ever to accomplish such a feat in her first two seasons…Finished third in the PSAC with four game-winning goals…Finished the season with eight goals in total, leading the team and ranking in the top 40 in the NCAA…Opened the season up with a hat trick in the win over Newberry, putting up eight shots, six of which were on goal…Scored the game-winning goal in the upset over No. 1 East Stroudsburg in the PSAC semifinals…Finished the season with 18 points, bringing her career points total to 40 through two seasons…Added two assists over the course of the season…Recorded both a goal and an assist in the win over Seton Hill…Had a SOG% of 0.74 on the year, the best average on the team…Started all 22 games, piling up over 1,000 total minutes…Put three or more shots on goal on five occasions throughout the year…Played every single minute of the PSAC semis win and the championship victory…Also played every minute in the NCAA tournament game versus Shippensburg…Attempted a shot in 21 of 22 games, and had a shot on goal in all but three games on the season...Named to NFHCA National Academic Squad... High School: A forward for the powerhouse program coached by Millersville alum and legend Linda Kreiser...Extremely successful program that won state championships in 2012 and 2013 and won the Mid-Penn Keystone Division, Mid-Penn Conference and district titles in 2014...Member of the Mid-Penn All-Star team...Led the team with 25 goals scored as a senior...Special Olympics volunteer, youth field hockey coach volunteer and honor student.

Personal: Daughter of Steve and Susan Mizak...Has one older sister (Alyssa)...Major is early childhood and special education.
