Biography

Prior to Millersville
2011: Completed a career-high 18 passes in 26 attempts and 152 yards as the primary second string quarterback... Entered off the bench and completed 6-of-10 passes for 37 yards against Syracuse...Completed all three of his passes against Gardner-Webb and added a 21 yard rushing TD...Completed a pass for seven yards and ran for seven yards versus Virginia Tech...Came off the bench to throw for a season-high 64 yards on 5-of-7 passing at UNC...Came on in relief to complete 3-of-4 passes for 26 yards vs. Vanderbilt.

2010: Played in five games with three starts after opening the season as Wake Forest's starting quarterback...Started the season opener vs. Presbyterian and threw for 84 yards on 7-of-13 passing and rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown...Scored on a 34-yard scramble on Wake's first drive of the game...Started week two vs. Duke and ran for a team-best 77 yards and a TD before leaving in the second quarter with a hand injury...Entered for the injured Tanner Price at Florida State and went 5-for-5 for 47 yards and rushed 11 times for 19 yards...Had seven rushing yards vs. Georgia Tech but left the game after suffering a back injury in the first quarter...That injury would keep him out for the remainder of the season...Finished the year third on the team in rushing with 171 yards and tied for fourth with two rushing touchdowns.

2009: Saw his first college action against Elon on Sept. 19...Quarterbacked the Deacs in the fourth quarter but did not attempt a pass...Was on the field for six snaps against the Phoenix...Missed the majority of spring practice with a hamstring strain...Completed 4-of-7 passes in the spring game and rushed for 18 yards.

2008: Had surgery on his right shoulder on Aug. 15, 2008...Redshirted the season.
