Marauders picked second in PSAC East Preseason Poll

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The coaches of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) released their annual preseason polls Thursday, ranking Millersville No. 2 in the Eastern Division.
Millersville won the PSAC East by five games in 2025, going 24-4 in division play before rolling to the PSAC Championship. The Marauders have won five of the last six division titles and two of the last four conference tournament championships. Millersville, however, faces significant roster turnover, losing its top four hitters, five positional starters and three of four weekend starting pitchers. Among the graduated were six former All-PSAC East selections.
Millersville still received two first-place votes in the preseason poll. East Stroudsburg picked up six first-place votes to land the No. 1 ranking. East Stroudsburg posted a 41-16 record in 2025 and went 5-0 in the NCAA Atlantic Regional for a trip to the NCAA Championship Tournament. Seton Hill claimed the top spot in the PSAC West, with Slippery Rock ranking second.
The Marauders' season is slated to start on Feb. 7 at Wingate. The home opener is set for Feb. 28 against Goldey-Beacom.
