Women's tennis blows past Raiders in 7–0 win

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. — The Millersville women's tennis team won its fourth straight match in a 7–0 win over Shippensburg on Wednesday afternoon.
The Marauders won all nine matches against the Raiders, including four where they held Shippensburg scoreless. In doubles play, the duo of Noelle Htwar and Hui Jen Soo as well as Lauren Hayes and Sophie Lanius both won their matches 6–0. Chloe Abramowitz and Sido Rault came away with a 6–2 victory in the second match.
In singles play, Htwar took a 6–1, 6–1 win, while Soo and Abramowitz both won 6–0, 6–0. Rault was dominant as well in her match, winning 6–0, 6–1, and Hayes coasted to a 6–1, 6–1 win. Wrapping up the day was Lanius in a 6–2, 6–1 victory.
The Marauders have two matches remaining in their regular season, starting with their home finale against Bloomsburg at 2 p.m. on Friday at McComsey Tennis Courts.
