- Millersville would take their 1-0 lead into the seventh, but Tiffin would force the tie as an unearned run would come around to score against Morgan Crutcher.

REACTION FROM HEAD COACH JEN PROBST:
On game one:Â "Al and Morgan threw well enough to win game one. The game was being called drop dead at 2 p.m. (Tiffin had to catch a flight) so in an effort to close the win and not have the game go back to the inning before where we were tied, Crutcher and the defense had to speed up. With two outs and less than a minute left it could have gone either way and it just didn't go ours. I'm proud of the resilience our team displayed handling the adversity of the circumstance we were in."
Â
On Crutcher's day in the circle: "Morgan was in a tough position yet handled and responded from the tough loss by setting the tone in game two. Our pitching staff had a strong performance all day."
Â
On Turners consistency at the plate: "Gabi trusted her process and came up big to push the lead."
