HERSHEY, Pa. – Millersville men’s golf concludes their fall slate of tournaments with the PSAC Championship this Friday through Sunday. The three round tournament will be held at Hershey Country Club’s East Course. 

ABOUT THE MARAUDERS 

• Millersville is coming off its best team finish of the fall, as the Marauders have taken 7th/10 in each of their last two tournaments. 
• Ville is averaging a 77.56 over their 47 team rounds this fall. 
• Captain Christopher Knox has led the Marauders with an average score of 76.7 strokes over his nine rounds.

ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT 

• The PSAC Men’s Golf Championships will take place on Friday, Oct. 14 through Sunday Oct. 16 at the Hershey Country Club on the east course. 
• A total of 10 institutions will compete in the championships alongside Millersville, including last year’s Champion IUP, Bloomsburg, Cal U, Clarion, Gannon, Mercyhurst, Pitt-Johnstown, Shepherd and West Chester. 
• The championship will be one round per day, with Friday’s tee off set for 10 a.m.
• Spectators are permitted to attend. Masks must be worn at all times. Spectators must remain socially distanced (6ft) and remain at minimum 15 yards away from golfers. Cell phones must be silenced.

THE LAST TIME OUT

• Millersville: In the spring of 2021, the Marauders took eighth overall at the PSAC Championships with a final score of 643 (+75)

PROGRAM HISTORY

• The men's program has qualified for eight consecutive NCAA Atlantic/East Super Regionals (2012-21). In 2013-14, Millersville captured its first PSAC Championship since 2003 behind Conor Gilbert's medalist finish.
