
Women's tennis falls to UVA-Wise, 5-2

Shepherdstown, W.Va. - The Millersville University women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision to UVA-Wise on Sunday morning at a neutral site at Shepherd University. The Marauders were originally scheduled to face Shepherd at 3 p.m., but the match was rained out.
Millersville falls to 7-14, while the Cavaliers improve to 4-12.
MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
• Corinne Grohoski and Megan Rovenolt swept their flight two doubles opponents, 6-0.
• Grohoski also won her flight five singles match, 6-1, 6-3, while Victoria Hanus was victorious in her flight four singles match, 6-0, 6-2.
NOTES
• This was the first meeting between these two teams in program history.

• The Marauders finish off their regular season with three-straight PSAC matches, beginning with a 2 p.m. match on Tuesday, April 16 at East Stroudsburg.
