Millersville, Pa. – The Millersville University men's tennis team lost a well-fought 6-1 match against the University of the Sciences on Wednesday afternoon at the McComsey Tennis Courts. The match featured a total of four tiebreakers.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS

Carlos Martinez-Lucas and Peter Landis claimed a 7-5 win at flight one doubles, Martinez-Lucas' first win as a Marauder.
Ben Fellman took his flight three singles match by a score of 6-4, 6-2.
Jose Alcazar and Pearson Clary narrowly lost their flight three doubles match by a score of 7-6 (4).
Pearson Clary's flight six singles match featured two tiebreakers, but he ultimately lost 7-6 (4), 6-7 (5), 10-4.
Carlos Martinez-Lucas' flight one singles match went to a tiebreaker, but he fell 7-6 (5), 6-0.
Peter Landis narrowly missed a win in his flight two singles match, losing 7-5, 6-4.
Frank Yanni almost won his flight four singles match, ultimately falling 6-2, 5-7, 6-3.

NOTES

Frank Yanni made his collegiate debut.
Carlos Martinez-Lucas made his Marauders debut.
Pearson Clary played in his first match since 2015.
