GAME OVERVIEW
• After a a pair of road games, the Millersville women's basketball team returns home to host Bloomsburg Wednesday before hosting Lock Haven Saturday. The Marauders earned a road win over  Mansfield 56-49 before falling by nine at East Stroudsburg (90-81).
Aunjel Van Brakle scored 13 against the Mounties and tied a career-high with 21 points against the Warriors. Millersville capped off the game versus Mansfield with a 13-1 run and outscored them 20-9 in the fourth quarter.
• Three players, including Van Brakle, scored 20-plus points against East Stroudsburg but the Warriors shot almost 47 percent from the field. It was the second time this season that three Marauders scored 19 or more points (Virginia State), and the first time that three players registered 20-plus points.
Celeste Robinson has been extremely efficient from the field, shooting 56.5 percent on the season, ranking fourth in the PSAC. Over the last four games Robinson is averaging just under 19 points per game while shooting 61 percent from the field. Robinson has been held under 11 points just once in ths season and is averaging 16.7 points per game.
• Despite outscoring opponents in the fourth quarter, Millersville has struggled mightily in the first half giving up 676 points while scoring 598. In the last three games, Millersville has scored 36 points while giving up just 15, but have gone just 1-2 due to first-half deficits.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
• The Huskies are middle of the pack in most statistical categories, averaging 56.5 points per game but giving up over 62. One thing the Huskies do well is defend the rim, recording 99 blocked shots as a team and ranking second in the PSAC in that category.
• Alex Ross has 29 blocks on the season and ranks seventh in the PSAC averaging 1.5 blocks per game and is averaging 9.2 points which is third on the team.
• Morgan Klunk is a factor on the defensive end, averaging 2.1 steals per game while leading the team in scoring average and  rebounding with 12 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. Alyssa Mack averages 10.3 points per game while handing out two assists and pulling down over three rebounds per game for the Huskies.

THE LAST MEETING
• It was a low-scoring affair when the two sides met in January, but a balanced scoring attack allowed the Huskies to prevail. Despite a third quarter where Bloomsburg scored just three points, the Marauders could not recover from a 35-21 halftime deficit and fell by nine.
Celeste Robinson scored 13 points to go with six rebounds while Courtney Hinnant scored eight and pulled down eight rebounds, but the rest of the lineup struggled to score, accounting for just 20 points.
• Morgan Klunk led the way for Bloomsburg with 14 points and eight rebounds. Alex Ross registered nine points and nine rebounds and Alyssa Mack recorded eight points and had eight rebounds as the Huskies staved off a Millersville rally in the second half.

PSAC IMPLICATIONS
• Wednesday's matchup pits the current 4th-seeded Marauders against the current 5th-seeded Bloomsburg. With five regular season games to play, the two teams are battling for a berth in the PSAC tournament. Additionally, seeds three and four will host the first round, so a win for either team Wednesday would put the winning team in a prime position to host the first round of the conference tournament.
