Millersville, Pennsylvania -- The Millersville women's tennis team lost their season opener 8-1 against Roberts Wesleyan College Friday.
Sophomores Sarah Sambrick and Jessica Soullaird provided the Marauders' only win of the day. They won their doubles match 8-5.
Roberts Wesleyan swept the six singles rounds and two remaining doubles rounds.
The Marauders' next match is Sept. 27 against Holy Family University in Philadelphia.
