Greene, Marauders Win Revolutionary Collegiate Classic

Elkton, Md. - Danielle Greene took medalist honors and three Marauders placed in the top six as the Millersville women's golf team won the Revolutionary Collegiate Classic at Elkton, Md.
The Marauderes ran away with the one-round event for their fifth tournament win in seven events. Millersville posted a 337 team score on the par 72 course, topping LIU Post by 14 shots.
Greene picked up her second tournament victory of her freshman season after shooting a 6-over-par 78, which was one stroke off of her career best. Greene edged LIU Post's Hannah Pohalski by one and teammate Jaimie Wharton by three. Wharton's third-place finish was her fifth top-10 of the season.
Danielle Freed landed in a three-way tie for third after posting an 87. Kendal Olear rounded out the team's scoring with a 91 and in 13th place.
Millersville travels to the Eastern University Invitational in St. Davids, Pa., on March 29.
