
Women's Tennis Falls Short to Carroll University

Hilton Head, S.C. – Millersville women's tennis had a strong start to their dual against Carroll University but ended the match falling short, 7-2.
Both Sara Sambrick and Nicole Daacke won their singles competition. No. 1 Sara Sambrick defeated Pioneer's Lauren Miketinac, 7-5, 6-7, 10-3. No. 2 Daacke swept against Megan Krzewinski, 6-2, 6-2.
The Marauders were swept by Carroll in doubles competition. A close doubles match was presented by Kimberly Theophile and Kaylora Thompson against Alison Lambrecht and Kaylee Rossing, though they fell by a score of 9-7.
Missouri Valley is next up for Millersville women's tennis. The match is scheduled for Friday, March 11.
