WEEKEND PREVIEW (Complete Game Notes)
• The Millersville women's basketball has not played since December 10 when they lost at Slippery Rock, but return home Wednsday to face USciences before welcoming PSAC opponent Mansfield Friday.
• With key players (Celeste Robinson, Janelle Robinson), missing time due to injury, the Marauders have struggled, posting a 3-6 record and going just 1-4 in conference play.
• The last win for Millersville was a 66-51 victory at Seton Hill in which Alayah Hall tied her career-high with 19 points while freshman Courtney Dimoff added a personal-best 12 points. The win was number 600 for head coach Mary Fleig who started her career at Franklin and Marshall College and has been the coach for the Marauders for the past 27 years.
• Hall has been the leading scorer while Celeste Robinson has been out with 11.3 points per game while Courtney Hinnant checks in with 9.4 points per game. Millersville has gotten contributions from some of their young talent including Jade Farquhar who has started five games and is averaging seven points per game.

SCOUTING THE DEVILS
• USciences has gotten off to a hot start thus far in the season, going 10-2 while posting a 5-1 record in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. The Devils are lead by Sarah Abbonizio and Alex Thomas who are averaging 13.1 and 12.8 points per game. Freshman guard Jordan Vitelli has made an immediate impact, scoring 9.8 points per game.
• The Devils are doing 62.1 points per game while shooting just 38.2 percent from the field. USciences forces 6.8 steals per game and has held opponents to just 37 percent from the field thus far.

THE LAST MEETING (Jan. 16, 2016: Millersville 71, USciences 53)
• The Devils jumped out to a 16-10 lead in the first quarter, but Millersville would outscore USciences in the final three quarters en route to victory.
Celeste Robinson and Aunjel Van Brakle had huge games for the Marauders, each scoring 15 points.

SCOUTING THE MOUNTIES
• Much like the Marauders, Mansfield has struggled to start the 2016-17 season. The Mounties have a first-year head coach in Michael Whitling and have gone 2-7 (0-5 PSAC) thus far.
• After defeating the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, Mansfield was crushed by Indiana (Pa.) before being edged out 73-67 in overtime against Lemoyne College.
• Brielle Kelly and Tianna Jackson lead the scoring for the Mounties with 13.3 and 10.6 points per game respectively. Kelly also averages 7.9 rebounds per game on the season and 4.2 per game in PSAC contests which ranks her ninth in the conference.
• Mansfield has shot just .370 from the field and are averaging 20.2 turnovers per game. The Mounties average 59.6 points per game compared to their opponents' 68.9 and have been outrebounded 373-350 on the year.

THE LAST MEETING (Feb. 22, 2016: Millersville 68, Mansfield 45)
• The two sides met twice last season, with Mansfield taking the first matchup but the Marauders dominating the second at home 68-45.
• Mansfield woul take an 18-15 lead after the first quarter, but the Marauders responded and outscored the Mounties 23-8 in the second and never looked back.
Celeste Robinson and Alayah Hall led the way for Millersville, each scoring 14 points.
