A LOOK AT THE MARAUDERS
• Millersville followed a four-match winning streak with a recent three-match skid. Two of the last three losses have come in four sets and nine of the team's losses have come in four of five sets. The Marauders' most recent road trip to Clarion and IUP was challenging. The Marauders committed a seasonhigh 33 attack errors at Clarion and then totaled 11 service errors against IUP. Returning should help remedy those woes as the Marauders are 5-2 at home, hitting .208 in Pucillo Gymnasium compared to .128 on the road. Millersville is also averaging nearly three digs per set more at home

Katie Laughman has quickly become one of the top libero's in the PSAC. She's recorded double-digit digs in 23 consecutive matches and has averaged 18.1 per match over her last seven matches. That has boosted her to eighth in the PSAC in digs per set. Laughman is also ninth in the league in service aces.
• The only Marauder ranked higher in aces is
Erin Harman, who has eight aces in her last four matches. Harman is now ranked fifth in the PSAC. Harman is also riding a streak of 12 consecutive matches with 10 or more kills. She stands in a tie for second in the PSAC with 3.77 kills per set. Harman is closing in on 1,000 career kills, now with 941 in 88 career matches. Harman is now tied for ninth at Millersville in career kills. Her 324 kills this season is just 15 away from 10th place all-time at Millersville.
• Harman is averaging 4.57 kills per set in the team's wins and 3.34 per set in the team's losses. Freshman
Haley Butler is also averaging nearly a kill more per set in Millersville's wins.
SERIES HISTORY
• Both California and Seton Hill hold decisive advantages in the series with Millersville. The Vulcans have won 15 in a row dating back to 1999. Millersville's last win came in 1997. Seton Hill joined the PSAC in 2013 have since won all three match-ups with the Marauders. The last two matches have been closely contested. Millersville pushed Seton Hill to four sets in 2015 and two five sets in 2014. Last season against California, Millersville was held to a .065 hitting percentage while CalU hit .219 and recorded 21 blcok assists. In the 3-1 loss to Seton Hill last season,
Kelsi Ceriani led Millersville with 10 kills.
ABOUT CALIFORNIA
• California is in a fight for the top spot in the PSAC Southwest. All four teams in the division are within one win of the lead. CalU currently stands atop the standings with a 9-4. It is quite possible that as many as three teams from the Southwest reach the PSAC Tournament, but the winner of the division receives an automatic invitation. CalU ranks fifth in the PSAC in hitting percentage and fourth in assists. Seairra Barrett and Danielle Hayes are two of the top offensive players in the PSAC. Hayes leads the league in kills per set (4.02) and Barrett ranks second in hitting percentage (.318) while totaling 2.8 kills per set. Hayes also ranks fourth in service aces.
ABOUT SETON HILL
• Seton Hill travels to Shippensburg Friday before facing Millesville on Saturday. The Griffins recently dropped five in a row including four against PSAC foes, but righted the ship against Lock Haven on Oct. 29. Still, the Griffins remaining in the playoff race at 8-5 in league play. It already has one win over California. Seton Hill is one of six teams in the PSAC with an attack percentage over .200, and its attack does not rely on any one individual. Six players are averaging more than 1.5 kills per set. Cassie Hausfeld is the team leader at 3.1 per set. Leah Bisignani is a force at the net, ranking seventh in the PSAC in blocks with 76.
