Match OverviewAfter stopping a three match skid, Millersville is set to host Shippensburg (12-5, 3-3) Tuesday at 7 p.m. The Marauders enter today's contest 9-6 (1-5 PSAC) after beating Alderson-Broaddus in straight sets Saturday. On the other side, Shippensburg is coming off a loss to Pitt-Johnstown in which they got swept this past Saturday.
After starting 7-0, the Marauders suffered two unfortunate injuries losing two key contributers when senior 
Kayla Wallace and freshman 
Brittany Ford both tore their ACL's against Philadelphia. In the wake of the injuries, sophomore's 
Erin Harman and Kelsi Ceriana have stepped up in a big way. Harman leads Millersville with 182 kills and 1965 total attacks, while Ceriana has recorded a team-high nine solo blocks and 24 block assists.
Brooklyn Smith's is now the program's all-time digs record  after surpassing Jennie Rohrbaug's mark of 1,944 against Slippery Rock. Smith has 315 digs this season bringing her career total to 2,047. Meanwhile, freshman Grace Daweson continues her strong play, toatling 52 assists in the two matches on Saturday. Dawson has registered an impressive 484 assists this season and also leads the Marauders with 30 service aces.
About the SeriesShippensburg holds the edge over Millersville all-time (32-26).  In last year's meeting, the Marauders were blanked by the Raiders in straight sets (28-26, 25-15, 25-23).
Scouting the Opponent Shippensburg enters today's contest 12-5 while going .500 in the PSAC (3-3). The Raiders are lead at the net by Morgan DeFloria. Just a freshman, DeFloria has totaled 172 kills on a team-high 569 total attacks this season.  Defensively, senior Faith Athey has registered an impressive nine solo and 53 total blocks to go with 44 assists on the year.
