Edinboro, Pa. – In its final match of Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) crossover action, the Millersville women's volleyball team was downed by Western Division opponent Edinboro 3-0 Saturday afternoon at the Mike S. Zafirovski Sports and Recreation Dome. The Marauders were defeated by scores of 25-11, 29-27, 25-16 and now sit at 10-13 overall and 1-9 in the PSAC.

Rebecca Roman and Allison Huss led the Millersville offense with seven kills apiece. Roman also notched a season-high .583 attack percentage.

Katie Pisano put up 12 assists for the Marauders and Jessica Franz added five.

On the defensive side, Katie Galuska collected eight digs, while Pisano and Huss each had seven. Jesse Miller boasted a team-high four blocks throughout the match, and Mary Paul put up three.

The Marauders continue their nine-match road stretch at Shippensburg on Tuesday, Oct. 12. Match time is slated for 7 p.m.
