Robert Fusaro, a 2007 graduate of Elizabethtown College, joined Casey Stitzel's coaching staff prior to the 2017-18 season.
While still young in his coaching career, Fusaro has experienced success while contributing to Division I, Division II, Division III and JUCO programs. Most recently, Fusaro served as an assistant coach at JUCO powerhouse Harcum College for the 2016-17 season. He helped the team to a 22-9 record, a conference championship game appearance, the team's highest GPA in program history and two Division I signees.
Prior to Harcum, Fusaro spent two season as the director of basketball operations at Maryland Baltimore County, coordinating video, travel, budgets, camps, community service events and academics. With his help, the UMBC team finished among the America East leaders in GPA and he bolstered camp attendance. Fusaro served in the same role at Lehigh University in 2013-14, helping the camp to its highest gross income in came history.
From 2008-2013 Fusarco served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Chestnut Hill, landing 10 recruits including three all-conference players, three 1,000-point scorers and three future professionals. Fusaro's coaching career began at Gwynedd-Mercy in 2007-08.
