Millersville

Logan Maloney

Logan Maloney joined the Millersville baseball program prior to the 2019 season. Maloney serves as Millersville's mental game coordinator, assists with pitcher analytics, all pre- and post-throwing routines for pitchers and assists with strength and conditioning. 

Maloney came to Millersville after serving as an assistant coach at Volunteer State Community College in Tennessee for one season. He helped Volunteer State to a 30-18 record while assisting with training, practice, game preparation, on-field coaching and recruiting. 

Maloney is familiar with the NCAA Atlantic Region as he played four seasons at West Liberty University. Maloney served as both a reliever and a starter for a team that made four consecutive Mountain East Conference Tournament appearances. 

At West Liberty, Maloney was a Dean's List student, graduating with a 3.5 GPA as a business administration major. He was a student government representative, member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and also served three years as a volunteer firefighter in the community. Maloney received his bachelor's degree in 2017.Â
