Chip Huber joined Millersville baseball's coaching staff in 2017-18 as a student assistant, and after graduating with a bachelor's degree in occupational safety and environmental healthy, Huber continues to serve as a volunteer assistant. 

Huber serves as the team's first base coach and also works as the outfield coach and base running coordinator. 

He was a member of the 2018 team that posted a 37-20 record, finished as the PSAC Tournament runner-up and played in the NCAA Atlantic Regional.
