2020-21 (Senior)

  • Became the first athlete in PSAC history to be named PSAC Champion Scholar three times...The award is presented in each sport to the athlete with the highest GPA at the final site of competition
  • Overcame bout with COVID-19 to go 7-6 in singles, playing in the No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 flights
  • Got stronger as the season went on, winning five-consecutive singles matches to close the season
  • Went 3-1 vs. PSAC competition
  • Beat Mercyhurst's Hristo Plasheski 6-0, 6-2 at No. 4 singles in the PSAC Semifinals
  • Teamed with Ting-Yu Yen for five wins at No. 2 doubles

2019-20 (Junior)

  • Played the majority of the season at flight three singles, compiling a 7-1 record
  • Played one match at flight four singles on Feb. 29, 2020 against Maksim Bahdanovic from the University of the District of Columbia, winning, 6-4, 6-3
  • Played the majority of the season at flight one doubles with teammate Carlos Martinez-Lucas, owning a 5-2 mark
  • Presented with the PSAC Champion Scholar award for the second year in a row

2018-19 (Sophomore)

  • Won nine singles matches, third most on the team
  • Picked up five wins at flight three and four at flight four
  • Won four-straight matches from March 31-April 17
  • Saw action at flight two and three doubles, winning three matches at each position
  • PSAC Champion Scholar Award recipient

2017-18 (Freshman)

  • Started the season in the No. 3 spot but was moved to the No. 2 position later in the season
  • Picked up six wins playing in the three spot and went 3-4 at No. 2
  • Also moved up in doubles, going from the second spot to the top
  • Enjoyed four wins in doubles
  • Had a stretch of the season in which he went 3-1 including a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Shepherd University

High School 

  • Won four varsity letters.
  • Helped Thomas Sprigg Wootton High School tennis team become two-time county champions in 2015 and 2017.
  • Team won the state championship in all of his four years.
  • Served as captain in 2016 and 2017.
  • Went undefeated at No. 2 singles in 2017.
  • Won the county championship in No. 4 singles in 2015.
  • Took third place at the Maryland State Tournament in mixed doubles in 2017.
  • Was a county finalist in No. 2 singles during his sophomore year.
  • Four time Scholar Athlete Award winner.
  • Member of the Math Honors Society, National Honors Society, Student Government Association, AP Scholar with Distinction and BBQ Spirit Club.

About the Marauder

  • Why Millersville: The campus had everything I could ask for. My professors and coaches have supported me since day one, and I have always felt like Millersville is my home away from home. 
  • Favorite professor at Millersville: Dr. Clark
  • Off-the-court hobbies:  love hanging out with my friends and taking Polaroids.
  • Interesting summer job: I had a research internship at the National Weather Service Office in Key West, Florida.
