Four Marauders place in the top 10 en route to second place finish at the Husky Invitational

DANVILLE, Pa. --- Millersville men's golf delivered one of its strongest collective performances of the spring season, placing second overall at the Husky Invitational with four Marauders securing top‑10 finishes. The balanced effort highlighted the team's depth and consistency throughout the event.
Millersville was led by Max Pflieger and Jake Shmonov, who each carded a 75, three over par, to finish in a tie for second place. Their rounds anchored the Marauders' scoring and kept the team firmly in contention throughout the event.
Senior Bo Meakim, competing as an individual, added another top‑10 finish for Millersville, shooting five over par to tie for sixth. Logan Wagner followed closely behind, posting a 78, six over par, to tie for eighth and secure the team's fourth top‑10 placement of the day.
Rounding out Millersville's scoring lineup was Cole Duffy, who recorded an 80, which was eight over par, to finish tied for 14th, and Josh Baker, who shot 12 over par and ended with an 84 in the 18-hole tournament. Ben Gehrt, also playing as an individual, matched the strong showing, shooting seven over par at a 79 to tie for 12th.
Millersville returns to action next week as the team continues its preparation for postseason play in the IUP Invitational.
