Men's tennis downed in shutout against Jefferson

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — The Millersville men's tennis team traveled for an afternoon showdown against Jefferson, falling 7–0 to the Rams.
The lone match win for Millersville came from the first finish of the day, with Lino Morin and Sebas Castro defeating Enrique Soto Ballester and Anthony Moukarzel by the score of 6–1. However, the Rams were able to rally in the other two matches and win each 6–3 and take the doubles point. Additionally, the Rams swept the singles-play slate, winning all six matches, including four in two sets.
Millersville dropped to 8–7 on the season but have a chance to get back in the win column this weekend. The Marauders play their final conference dual of the season against Bloomsburg at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 19 in Bloomsburg.
