WESTMINSTER, Md. - Led by medalist Amanda Wolf, the Millersville women's golf team won its first event of the 2023-24 season Sunday, outpacing five other squads at the McDaniel Invitational.
The Marauders posted a 320 on the par-72 track at the The Bridges Golf Club, handily winning by 19 strokes over Gettysburg's top team. Wolf, who was also Millersville's top finisher a week ago at the Vulcan Invitational, broke 80 for the first time in her career and topped her previous career-best by five strokes with a 75. It is the second career win for Wolf and her first since October of 2021.

Emma Schotsch landed one spot down the leaderboard with an 8-over-par 80. Taylor Hileman rounded out Millersville's scoring with an 86. Sydney Barnes shot an 88.
