Scott named PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - After recording 102 saves this season in the Marauders' 19-12 victory over Shippensburg, the sophomore goalkeeper, Morgan Scott, earns her first PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week award.
Scott tabbed a new career-high of 18 saves against the Raiders on Mar. 25. In 52:24 minutes played, Scott faced 27 shots and totaled a .750 save percentage against Shippensburg. She also made seven saves on 10 Shippensburg free position attempts and scooped up one ground ball.
The sophomore goalkeeper has been effective in goal for Millersville as she ranked first in the PSAC in saves per game (12.75 avg.), second in save percentage (.526), and ninth in goals against average (11.84).
