ABOUT THE GAME
- Millersville is coming off their second consecutive conference win over Shippensburg last Saturday and will look to make it three in a row against Shepherd on Wednesday evening. The Marauders are 5-3 overall and 2-1 in the PSAC East while the Rams are 5-5 overall and 1-4 in conference action. Millersville will face-off with the Rams at 4 p.m. on Wednesday before beginning a three-game road stretch against PSAC East opponents.

SCOUTING THE MARAUDERS
- The Marauders’ offense is averaging 15.13 goals while taking 33.88 shots per game. Millersville ranks second in the conference in ground balls (23.00 avg.) and draw controls (16.00 avg.). On free position attempts, the Marauders are 32-for-68 while their opponents are held to a .426 free position percentage.
- Liv Genovese continues to be an offensive leader for the Marauders as she leads the team in goals with 24. Genovese scored six goals in the 19-12 victory over Shippensburg on Mar. 25 while also picking up two ground balls and causing two turnovers. Rachel Keeney and Hayden Corcoran are key for Millersville’s offense as Keeney has scored 23 goals and dished out three assists, and Corcoran has scored 21 goals and dished out eight assists this season. In goal, Morgan Scott has been a defensive force as she was named PSAC East Defensive Athlete of the Week for her performance against Shippensburg. Scott leads the conference in saves per game and has reached 102 saves this season.
SCOUTING THE RAMS
- Shepherd is looking to bounce back after dropping their most recent game to the No.11 East Stroudsburg Warriors. The Rams lone conference win was against Shippensburg on Mar. 21 where Shepherd defeated the Raiders 16-6. Averaging 10.13 goals per game, the Rams offense is led by Kayla Edwards who has totaled 20 goals and six assists this season. Shanna Dextradeur leads Shepherd in assists with 13 assists while also scoring 11 goals. Starting in goal for the Rams is Hailey Bennett who holds a .502 save percentage and has scooped up 26 ground balls this season.
