Lugiano through day two at NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional

VICTOR, N.Y. – Bobby Lugiano finished second round play at the NCAA Division II Atlantic Regional Friday night. The sophomore shot a 74 (+2), improving his score from day one by two strokes, giving him a share of 41st place heading into the final round of action. Lugiano's score through two rounds is six-over, which puts him eight strokes behind the current leader, Nolan Skaggs, who is shooting two-under.
Lugiano is competing as one of four individuals in the Atlantic/East Region, two of which move on to the NCAA Finals later this month. He is currently in a tie for fifth among the eight individuals competing, five strokes behind the No. 2 spot.
Lugiano is set to start round two play Friday, May 7 at 8:40 a.m.
