Women’s golf takes fourth at PSAC Championships

HERSHEY, Pa. – The Millersville women's golf team placed fourth overall at the PSAC Championships with a 36-hole score of 725 (+157).
The Marauders topped Kutztown, West Chester, Clarion, Seton Hill, Shepherd, Lock Haven, and East Stroudsburg. Gannon claimed the team champion title with a two-round score of 663 (+95) and Gannon's Maria Arenas took the individual victory with a 160 (+18).
Hannah Yanoski led the Marauders tying for 11th, her first top-25 placement of the season and 22nd of her career. She shot 90 in the second round for a 36-hole total of 171 (+29).
Amanda Steier shot a 90 in the second round to combine for a two-day total of 179 (+37). She placed 18th overall marking her second top-25 performance this season and fifth of her career.
Cassandra Vogel and Alexandra Craig both also landed in the top 25. Vogel shot 91-96 for a two-day total of 187 (+45). She tied for 23rd marking her second top-25 performance of the season. Craig took 25th in the 50-person field marking her third top-25 performance of the season. She shot 98-90 for a 36-hole total of 188 (+46).
The Marauders return to the course on April 20 at the Alvernia Invitational. It will be the final tournament for Millersville in the Spring 2021 season.
