ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
•  Millersville travels to Slippery Rock, Pa. to face The Rock for the first time since the 2016-17 season. The teams are set to play on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at Morrow Field House. Tip off is 5:30 p.m.
•  Millersville has come face-to-face with Slippery Rock just 25 times since the teams' first meeting in 1971. The Marauders lead the all-time series against The Rock 15-10. Slippery Rock's victory over the Marauders in 2016 snapped Millersville's nine-game win streak over The Rock, dating back to 2003.
•  The last two contests between Slippery Rock and Millersville have been on the road for the Marauders. Millersville is 6-3 all-time on the road against The Rock.
•   Millersville enters the game following a four-game losing streak. Millersville has recorded two of the loses on the road and two back-to-back at home.

• Olivia Mottern leads the team in 3-pointers. Her 40.7 3-point percentage puts her at third in the PSAC. She has gone 33-of-81 from downtown averaging 12.4 points per game. She has made 15 consecutive free throws in the last seven games.
• Courtney Dimoff currently leads the Marauders in assists with 53. She leads the team in rebounds with 78 and is second in 3-pointers with 21 in 14 games. 
•  Mia Leonard leads the Marauders in blocks with 19, ranking fifth in the PSAC. Samantha Brusha holds the third most 3-pointers on the team with nine. 
• Millersville holds a 43.1 field goal percentage and has tallied 85 3-pointers. The Marauders are 222-of-298 in free throws. The team averages 76.64 points and 36.3 rebounds per game. The Marauders have recorded 111 steals and 45 blocks in 14 games.

• A strong third-quarter scoring effort by The Rock (15-4) led the way to their 74-43 victory over the Marauders at home. Courtney Dimoff tried to pave the way for the Marauders with a team-high 12 points. Courtney Hinnant saw double-digit rebounding with 10.
• The second quarter saw Millersville's closest attempt with Alayah Hall tying the score 14-14. The Rock's 8-0 run put them in control of the game. Dimoff sunk a three to cut the deficit 24-21, but The Rock remained in control leading 33-25 at halftime.
• The Marauders struggled to get within eight points throughout the remainder of the game with Slipper Rock dominating the third quarter on a stretch of 14 unanswered points. A 10-0 run to start the fourth quarter put the game out of reach for Millersville.
 
SCOUTING THE ROCK
• Entering the game with a 1-8 conference record, Slippery Rock's only PSAC victory came against West Chester on Dec. 21. The Rock recorded the 78-77 win on the road following a single overtime. Slippery Rock will return home to face the Marauders following an 82-76 loss against Seton Hill on the road.
• Three players are currently averaging double-digits: Brooke Hinderliter (18.9), Madison Johnson (14.9) and Daeja Quick (11.1). 
• Hinderliter leads the team in field goals (86) and free throws (101). She averages the most playing time on the team, 31.8 minutes per game.
• Johnson is The Rock's leading 3-point shooter going 17-of-50 from beyond the arc in 15 games. Quick leads the team in assists (48) and steals (18).
• LeeAnn Gibson is the leading rebounder for The Rock averaging 8.0 rebounds per game with 104 total in 13 games. Karington Ketterer is the leading blocker for The Rock with 13 total.
• The Rock holds a 38.1 field goal percentage and a 27.0 3-point percentage. The team is 256-of-346 (.740) in free throws. Slippery Rock averages 66.07 points and 39.5 rebounds per game. The team has recorded 89 steals and 43 blocks in 15 games.
