ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• Five PSAC East series remain on the 2019 schedule and Millersville looks to charge back into the top-three of the division standings. The Marauders have two important doubleheaders this weekend with West Chester and East Stroudsburg coming to Seaber Stadium on Friday and Saturday.
• The Marauders have totaled a .264 team batting average so far in 2019. They have hit home runs consistently as well, totaling 36, which leads the PSAC.
Faith Willenbrock has been hitting at a high rate, totaling a .385 batting average and nine home runs. Willenbrock ranks fourth in the conference in doubles (11), fourth in home runs per game with 0.23 and 39th in the nation in home runs. She also ranks 26nd in the country and first in the conference in total bases with 86.

Allie Janowiak is hitting .380 (19-for-50) with runners on-base. Janowiak has been a key in the lineup as a leadoff hitter, recording 22 hits on 51 at-bats in leadoff situations. She has also earned a .423 average with runners in scoring position. Willenbrock has earned 20 hits on 49 at-bats (.654) as a leadoff hitter in an inning. Willenbrock needs one more hit to earn her 100th career hit.

Maggie Murphy--the team's lone senior--holds a .484 average with runners in scoring position. Murphy enters the weekend with a .288 batting average, ranking third on the team. Her six doubles is tied for second on the team with two others.
• In the last six PSAC East games, Willenbrock has gone 6-for-16 (.375) with three RBIs.
Brianna White has recorded a .750 slugging percentage in her last six conference games.
• Against PSAC batters this year,
Emma Bevard has posted a 3.11 ERA through three appearances. White has struck out nine conference batters through 10 innings pitched.Â
• Bevard enters the weekend with a 3.72 ERA. She has allowed an average of 4.36 runs per game in her junior season while the team is averaging a 5.34 average. White has collected an average of six strikeouts per game through 14 appearances.

• In the past five years, the Marauders and the Warriors have split doubleheaders five times including once already this season. The Marauders are 4-2 in the past four years when the Warriors come to town.
THE LAST MEETING (WEST CHESTER 5, MILLERSVILLE 0 – April 29, 2018)
• West Chester jumped out to an early lead in game two scoring five runs in the second inning of play. Emily Maseth got it rolling as she drove in the first two runs of the inning with a two-RBI double down the left field line.
• The Golden Rams kept rolling with a Heidi McCollester RBI single. Bri Garber followed with an RBI single of her own. After a Madison Kelly RBI single made the score 5-0 the game had to be stopped due to heavy rain.Â
THE LAST MEETING (EAST STROUDSBURG 3, MILLERSVILLE 2) - March 29, 2019)
• White started game two and held ESU hitless until the bottom of the third when she allowed a single. The scoreboard showed zeros until the top of the fifth inning when Battavio doubled home a run. The Warriors answered with a two-run double in the next half inning, giving them a 2-1 advantage.

• ESU's Kaylee Hazewski led off the bottom of the seventh with a bunt single to third, and Govan came through with a game-winning hit on an 0-2 count.
SCOUTING THE GOLDEN RAMS
• The Golden Rams' Bri Garber and Emily Maseth lead the West Chester bats with both hitting .369 or better. Maseth was named DII ECAC Softball Player of the Month on April 4. In March, Maseth posted a batting average of .436 with 28 RBIs, four home runs and 15 extra base hits. Maseth earned a pair of PSAC East Athlete of the Week honors during the month of March, and she was also named as NFCA Selected Top Performer of the month once. Garber has a .370 batting average and has stolen 12 bases this season. Garber is currently on a 11-game hitting streak and needs one more hit to reach 200 in her career.
• Maegen Kavanagh earned PSAC East Softball Pitcher of the Week honors on Monday. Kavanagh pitched for 5 1/3 innings against East Stroudsburg, surrendering just one run while striking out one. For the year, Kavanagh owns a record of 5-2 overall with an ERA of 2.44, which ranks her second on the team in both categories.
• West Chester boasts one of the top staffs in the conference, ranking second with a 2.44 ERA. Four of the five pitchers hold an ERA of under a 2.70. Reilly Gearhart leads the team in wins with a 10-6 record while throwing eight complete games and three shutouts.

SCOUTING THE WARRIORS
• East Stroudsburg has a 3.55 ERA which ranks 12th in the PSAC. Warriors' pitchers have struck out 116 batters this season with 59 coming from Mikayla Pourby. Pourby has logged 18 appearances on 16 starts. She is 9-4 with a 2.34 ERA. She has recorded seven complete games with two shutouts.
• Six East Stroudsburg regulars boast batting averages over .311. Pourby leads the team in batting average (.383), and slugging percentage (.574).
