MILLERSVILLE, Pa. - Carly Vaughan, Angelina Saverase and Mollie White of the Millersville University softball team have been named Academic All-District® by College Sports Communicators (CSC) for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. 

The trio of Marauders earned the honor for producing a cumulative GPA of at least 3.50 and starting as a qualifying number of games as a position player or pitching a qualifying number of innings as a pitcher. 

Vaughan, an All-PSAC East Second Team selection as a utility player, owns a 3.76 GPA as a sports administration major. Vaughan's breakout sophomore season included a .350 batting average and .463 on-base percentage. 

Saverase, a senior early childhood education major, graduated with a 3.55 GPA. A three-time PSAC Scholar-Athlete, Saverase set career highs with 31 appearances, nine starts and 72 1/3 innings pitched in 2025. 

White debuted with the Marauders in 2025, and the sophomore elementary education major turned in a 3.59 GPA while posting a 3.54 GPA and four wins across 28 appearances, six starts and 59 1/3 innings.
