Marauders complete competition at Bison Open

Lewisburg, Pa. - Sunflower Greene took first place in the weight throw and Emonie Reviere capped off two top-three finishes on the weekend leading Millersville's efforts Saturday at the Bison Open.
MEET HIGHLIGHTS
• After winning the shot put on Friday, Greene took first place in the weight throw Saturday with a toss of 61-1 1/4. Junior Madison Martin placed third with a personal best mark of 53-1 1/2. Stephanie Garner took sixth in the 37-athlete field with a career-best 48-2 3/4.
• Reviere took second place in the 200-meter dash Friday and tied for a third-place finish in the 60-meter dash Saturday. Reviere's 7.98 was matched by Destinee Holloman. Brianna Doherty ran an 8.14 to tie for fifth. Gabriela Karch ran an 8.15 for seventh place.
NOTES
• Millersville has three athletes qualified for the PSAC Indoor Championships in the 60 with Lenaiya Flowers, Clara Forney and Brianna Doherty all just 0.06 or less away from a qualifying standard.
• Garner's mark in the weight throw on Saturday gives the Marauders four of the PSAC's top 10 throws this season.
• Not including the NCAA Indoor Championships, Greene has won the weight throw in eight of her last nine meets.
