Willenbrock named to NFCA Division II Atlantic Region First Team

Louisville, Ky. – Millersville University freshman Faith Willenbrock was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division II Atlantic Region First Team as an outfielder on Wednesday.
Willenbrock landed with West Chester's Bri Garber and West Virginia Wesleyan's Lauryn King on the first team outfielders. Willenbrock concluded her first season as a Marauder with a .391 batting average and 43 RBIs. Willenbrock led the PSAC with .797 slugging percentage and 14 home runs. She broke the single-season home run record and finished the season ranked in the top 10 in the PSAC in batting average, slugging percentage, RBIs, hits, triples and home runs.
Willenbrock ranked 28th in the nation in home runs and 14th in the nation in home runs per game with 0.33. Her .797 slugging percentage positioned her 22nd in the nation.
Willenbrock was named PSAC East Athlete of the Week in her debut week as a Marauder.
