Men’s tennis drops non-conference match-up to Shepherd, 7-2

Millersville, Pa. – Freshman Ben Fellman and sophomore Jose Alcazar won their singles matches in the 7-2 loss to Shepherd Sunday afternoon at McComsey Courts.
At No. 2 singles, Fellman defeated Evan Dokken 6-2 in both sets. Fellman claimed his ninth victory of his freshman campaign.
No.3 singles Alcazar earned his second win of the season by taking down Kaleb Lochner, 6-2, 6-0.
Shepherd swept the doubles matches. Freshman Andy Beer and junior Peter Landis narrowly lost in their No. 2 doubles match, 8-6.
The Marauders battle West Chester, their final conference opponent of the season, on Thursday, April 12 at 2 p.m.
