ABOUT THE MARAUDERS
• Millersville is coming off of its first win of the season against Chestnut Hill on Nov. 14 by a score of 71-61.
• The Marauders trailed the Griffins 32-28 at halftime but scored 14 points off 12 Chestnut Hill turnovers in the third quarter, 24 overall, and never looked back. It was the first time this season Millersville held the lead after the first quarter.

Lauren Lister led the team in points for the second-straight game with 22, including 11 in the third quarter, and totaled a career-high six assists to go with her 50 percent shot percentage.
•
Kendra Bamberger recorded the first Millersville double-double of the season, and the sixth of her career, with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
•
Shelby Funchess made her collegiate debut in the win and grabbed one rebound.
•
Maggie O'Hare and
Atiya McDonald are the only freshmen who have yet to see action.
• After grabbing only nine offensive rebounds and turning over the ball nearly 30 times in each of its first two games, Millersville grabbed 16 offensive rebounds and turned the ball over just 16 times.
• The Marauders trailed in shot percentage for the first time this season, but still managed to pull off the win.
•Lister is the team leader in points per game (23.0), shot percentage (65.4), assists (11) and steals (7).
• Bamberger leads the team with 8.7 rebounds per game.
• The freshmen have been shooting well beyond the arch and at the charity strip, as
Samantha Brusha is the team leader in 3-point percentage (50) and both
Erika Reed and
Kennedy Middleton have not missed a free throw with three and two, respectively.
• This will be the second game of Millersville's five-game home stand.
• This will be the Marauders' second-straight game against a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) opponent.
LAST TIME IN ACTION: Millersville 71, Chestnut Hill 61
• The two teams began the match neck-in-neck, as it was tied 10-10 halfway through the first quarter. The Marauders finished the period on an 8-5 run to enter the second quarter with a three-point lead.
• After a steal and fast break in the paint by Lister gave Millersville a 20-17 lead, the Griffins went on a 7-0 run to go ahead. The Marauders turned the ball over six times in the quarter and were outscored 17-10, entering halftime down by four.
• Chestnut Hill increased its' lead to 41-32 just over four minutes into the period. Millersville turned the tables and went on an 11-0 run, highlighted by nine-straight points from Lister, to retake the lead. The two team exchanged blows untilÂ
Chandera Jones-Aryeh's layup off her own rebound gave the Marauders a 47-45 lead.Â
Olivia Mottern sank a 3-pointer and Lister notched another successful layup in the final 30 seconds to give Millersville some breathing room. The Marauders turned 12 Griffins turnovers into 14 points in the quarter.

Erika Reed gave Millersville a 14-point lead, its largest of the night, halfway through the final period. An 11-2 run by Chestnut Hill pulled it to within four in the final minute of the game.The Marauder defense held strong, only allowing two successful free throws, to seal their first win.
• Lister was the leading scorer for the second-consecutive game with 22 points and, after setting a new career high with five assists in her last game, totaled six assists and shot 50 percent from the field. She also notched four steals in the win.

Courtney Dimoff each scored 12 points, with Bamberger grabbing a team-high 12 rebounds and notching the sixth double-double of her career. Jones-Aryeh registered six rebounds and six points and came up clutch in the final minute of the third quarter. The Griffins had the ball and only trailed by two when she recorded a steal and on the same possession grabbed an offensive rebound before Mottern's 3-pointer.

SCOUTING THE LIGHTNING
•Goldey-Beacom went 9-19 last season, including a 7-12 record in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play.
•The Lightning are coming off their first loss of the season, a 66-48 loss at the hands of Molloy College. Millersville's previous opponent, Chestnut Hill, also lost to Molloy earlier this season.
•Sarah Round and Reetta Saaski each scored 11 points, while Alexis Stubblefield was just behind them with 10 points.Â
•Round is the team's leading scorer with 19.0 points per game, while Tanner Turner-Rush is first with 5.3 rebounds per game.
•Amanda McGrogan, who is second on the team with 15.0 points per game, has made 16 of her 17 shots from the charity strip this season.
•Goldey-Beacom relies heavily on its starters to score, as its bench has contributed only 16 points this season.
•This will be the Lightning's fourth-straight road match as their home opener was postponed due to inclement weather.
