GAME NOTES
• The Millersville softball team is coming off a 4-2 week in which the Marauders opened PSAC East play earning splits with Shippensburg and East Stroudsburg and will host Lincoln on Wednesday.
• Heather Lutz has been scorching hot from the plate, registering 10 hits, seven RBIs and five doubles. Lutz was named PSAC East Athlete of the Week after her two home runs helped the Marauders earn a split at Shippensburg. Lutz leads the team in walks, hit-by-pitch, runs scored, and doubles.
• Fellow senior Brittany Smith has remained hot at the plate as well, batting .424 on the year. Smith also recorded 10 hits in the last six games with eight RBIs and a grand slam against Shippensburg. Smith leads the Marauders in stolen bases, runs batted in, hits, and total bases. Lutz, Smith and Kaelyn Buskey are all tied with three home runs while Megan McCurdy has smacked two on the year.
• Junior Cassidy Pinchorski has thrown the ball extremely well as of late, going 4-2 last week with 11 strikeouts. Pinchorski stands at 9-8 for the season and gave up a total of just four runs in four games against USciences and East Stroudsburg.
• Scoring first has been crucial for Millersville as the Marauders have won the last four games in which they registered the first run. On the flip side, both losses last week came when Shippensburg and East Stroudsburg got on the scoreboard first.

SCOUTING THE LIONS
• Lincoln enters Wednesday's matchup just 4-14 on the season but recently had two victories over Trinity (11-3, 18-7). Most recently the Lions have dropped four in a row to Virginia Union and Virginia State.
• Senior Jasmin Harrison has been tearing the cover off the ball, batting .425 with a slugging percentage of .675. Harrison has five doubles, six RBIs and leads the team with 13 runs scored.
• Diamond Scott and Alexis Harrod are the two main hurlers for Lincoln. The tandem has combined for just 50 strikeouts while giving up 158 runs.
